In-Home Behavior Therapist

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in patients' homes within a designated geographic area, traveling to client homes up to 45 minutes each way. Work autonomously to support children ages 18 months to 12 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. Schedule includes blocks from 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, and 8am–5pm with one hour between patients; two patients per day on average. Use driving to patient homes and collaborate with a team to foster growth, with paid training and RBT certification assistance.
