Job Summary
In-Home Behavior Therapist delivers one-on-one ABA therapy to children (18 months to 12 years) in clients’ homes, traveling within a designated geographic area. Responsibilities include travel to client homes (up to 45 minutes each way), autonomous caseload management, applying one-on-one ABA techniques, collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans to help children with Autism reach their potential. Roles involve collaborating with a team, driving your own vehicle to appointments, and maintaining therapy blocks from 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm (and variations). The position offers paid training with RBT certification assistance, full-time guaranteed hours, mileage reimbursement, annual raises/promotions, and a comprehensive benefits package; compensation varies by education level (High School/Associate’s: $16–$24/hr; Bachelor’s: $20–$25.50/hr; Master’s: $22–$27/hr) with first raise after RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Associate’s Degree preferred
- A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
