Job Summary
In-Home Behavior Therapist delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes within a designated geographic area. Role involves traveling to client homes, autonomous caseload management, data collection, and implementing individualized treatment plans to support children ages 18 months to 12 years. Requires driving to patient homes (up to 45 minutes each way), collaboration with families, and adherence to scheduled blocks (8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, and 8am–5pm with transition time). Required Qualifications
- High School or Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

- Willingness to work Monday–Friday with defined treatment blocks
- Interest or background in ABA therapy or working with children with Autism
