Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings. Implement treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success while maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. This role offers 25 hours/week at $24-$30/hour with paid training and certification assistance. Required Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
