Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Report session data accurately using electronic devices and collaborate with the clinical team to execute skill-building and care plans. Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate effectively with families. Requires RBT certification before working and a high school diploma or equivalent; paid training available. Positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment; opportunities for professional advancement and internships/fellowships to accumulate hours are available. Prior experience in education, childcare, or behavioral health and a compassionate, patient demeanor are advantageous.
