Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations as part of a clinical team. Implement skill-building and care plans with fidelity, record session data using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for children with autism and their families. Roles start part-time with no minimum case requirements; opportunities for paid training, fellowships, internships, and advancement within the ABA field are available. Must have RBT certification before working and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to commit for 6 months and be compassionate, patient, and adaptable to challenging situations.
