Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; accurately record session data using electronic devices; collaborate as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans; interact with families and foster a positive learning environment; positions are part-time and require RBT certification prior to working, with opportunities for paid training, fellowship and internship options, and no minimum case requirement. Opportunities include flexible hours, paid-advance access to pay, and pathways for professional advancement in ABA for children with Autism. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to learn and make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
