Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community-based locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Accurately record session data using electronic devices, collaborate with a clinical team, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Role starts part-time with a 6-month commitment, includes paid training and opportunities for advancement; no minimum case load requirement and opportunities for referral bonuses. RBT certification is required before working; ideal candidates have experience in education, childcare, or related roles and are passionate about making a difference for children with autism.
