Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or in community-based locations, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. All positions start off part-time. Willing to learn and make a difference for children with autism; paid training available; opportunities for fellowship and internship hours; flexibility to choose cases with no minimum case requirement; great fit for individuals with experience in education, childcare, or related roles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification is required before working
