Job Summary
Implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and record data on client progress, conduct functional behavior assessments, and assist in developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLP, OT, and PT to ensure consistent and effective treatment while adhering to regularly scheduled clients with minimal disruption. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in psychology and prior experience working with ASD. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and pass a background check and drug screen. You must obtain RBT 40-hour training certification prior to your scheduled start date.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to bend/squat and run at short burst up to 300 feet
- Must have or be willing to obtain vehicle insurance of 100k/300k/100k
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must obtain RBT 40 hour training certification prior to scheduled start date
