Job Summary
In-Home Bathroom Design Consultant (Sales Representative) is a full-time outside sales role focused on developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. The rep delivers the proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad, participates in ongoing weekly sales training, designs baths using proprietary iPad software, and delivers price and closes sales daily. The role emphasizes learning the training and products within the first 90 days, with emphasis on the sales presentation and closing, while the company handles order processing and post-sale changes.
