Job Summary

In-Home Design Consultant to conduct 2 pre-qualified appointments daily, perform in-home consultations, assess customer needs, present customized design solutions, guide customers through the process, close sales, and participate in in-person sales meetings. The role offers 100% commission-based earnings after a 2-week paid training, with compensation ranging from $125K to $300K+ (top reps exceeding $200K) plus monthly performance bonuses and benefits such as health stipend after 90 days, dental, vision, and PTO. Located in the Northern Arizona market (Prescott, AZ) with pre-qualified leads provided and an industry-leading training program to support success. Requires strong communication, presentation, and closing skills, plus a valid driver’s license and tech proficiency (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive). Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
  • Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
