Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings while implementing treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Collect and document data on client progress and collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. This role offers a 25-hour weekly schedule with pay ranging from $24 to $30 per hour, including bonus opportunities and paid training assistance. Required Qualifications
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally
