Job Summary

Join AHL HealthCare Group as an In-Home and Community Support Specialist to provide advocacy and support to individuals with disabilities and mental illness. Flexible schedules and competitive pay offered.

Required Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Driver's license with access to a working vehicle
  • Ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study
  • Mobile device capable of receiving and sending phone calls

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Associate's Degree in a Social Services Discipline
  • Two years of supervised experience working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check
