Job Summary
Provide home-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disorders. Implement ABA strategies to address behavioral goals and support student progress through individual therapy sessions. Maintain accurate records and progress reports on student behavior and therapy outcomes. Communicate with parents and collaborate with the BCBA. Travel between homes and schools as needed. Part-time schedule (Mon-Fri) with competitive pay ($22-$27/hr), paid training, PTO, and benefits. Equal opportunity employer. Locations served include Quincy and Dorchester, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior ABA experience preferred
- RBT certification advantageous but not essential
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands (lifting up to 50 lbs)
