Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes for children and teens in the Fredericksburg area. Follow behavior plans and treatment goals developed by a BCBA; record session data and progress notes; support positive behavior and communication skill development; maintain communication with supervisors and caregivers; participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings. Opportunities to gain RBT certification with paid onboarding and training, flexible part-time scheduling, and mentorship within ABA services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT certification welcomed but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Strong communication and professionalism
