Job Summary
Execute all in-game promotions and entertainment activities during Alton River Dragons' home games, coordinating with game day staff and the promotional team to ensure smooth execution. Engage with fans using a microphone for announcements, interviews, and crowd interaction during breaks, while assisting with setup and teardown of promotional equipment. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for in-game entertainment and maintain a professional demeanor while representing the organization. Available to work evenings and weekends during the 2027 season home game schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable speaking and performing in front of large crowds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
