Job Summary
Outpatient hematology/oncology physician position in a locum tenens arrangement. 50% hematology and 50% oncology with a split schedule between two locations about 25 minutes apart. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with call coverage after the infusion clinic closes; approximately 15–30 patients per day. CompHealth arranges credentialing, travel, housing, and malpractice coverage, and provides a dedicated recruiter to handle details. Compensation terms negotiated with weekly deposits. Locations include Miami, FL. The role involves credentialing support, travel coordination, and ongoing assignment management.
Required Qualifications
- Medical license
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Eligibility to obtain locum tenens privileges
- Ability to handle 15-30 patients per day
- Outpatient clinic experience
