Job Summary
Locum Hematologist/Oncologist sought for outpatient clinic coverage across two nearby Evansville, IN locations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with additional call; typical patient volume is 15–30 per day across hematology and oncology responsibilities, split 50/50 between the two areas. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic duties, call coverage after infusion clinic closes, and collaboration across two sites located ~25 minutes apart. CompHealth provides credentialing support, travel and housing arrangements, malpractice coverage, and access to an online assignment portal. The recruiter will manage placement details and ensure smooth credentialing and privileging processes.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO licensed to practice hematology/oncology
- board certification in hematology/oncology
- ability to cover outpatient clinic and call
- credentialing and privileging process familiarity
