Job Summary
Locum hematologist/oncologist needed for outpatient clinic with a 50/50 split between hematology and oncology. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with call; 15–30 patients per day; two locations about 25 minutes apart; call coverage after infusion clinic closes. CompHealth coordinates credentialing, housing and travel, malpractice coverage, and provides access to an online assignment portal. The recruiter handles details of the arrangement. Locations include Providence, RI, with on-site clinic responsibilities; travel and housing arrangements are provided by the agency.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/board-eligible hematology/medical oncology
- Active medical license in the United States (RI preferred)
- Ability to obtain privileges/credentialing
- Outpatient clinic experience
- Flexible schedule with call coverage
