Job Summary
Director-level GTM advisory role focusing on opening and developing new GCC accounts in India for PwC's cybersecurity portfolio. Responsibilities include New Account Acquisition, Relationship Development with CISOs/CIOs/CTOs, Market & Sector Intelligence, Deal Origination & Shaping, GTM Strategy & Execution, Sales Ownership, and Team Collaboration. Mandatory skills include 15+ years in BD/GTM in professional services or large security product/company, proven pipeline development and new-logo closes, a strong CISO/CIO/CTO network, and dual-stakeholder navigation. Preferred: experience in Big 4/tier-1 consulting, managed or co-sourced cyber security service models, and GCC-specific themes. Education includes MBA or PGDM and a bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or information security; master’s degree/MBA noted as preferred. Location: Bengaluru, India. Industry focus: cybersecurity, digital risk, advisory services.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in business development / GTM roles within a professional services firm, global SI, or large security product/platform company
- Demonstrable track record of originating and closing new-logo deals in cybersecurity and digital risk space
- Strong existing network of CISO / CIO / CTO-level contacts across GCCs operating in India
- Deep familiarity with target sectors
- Experience navigating dual-stakeholder environments (India GCC leadership + global HQ security leadership)
- Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Education: MBA / PGDM preferred; bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science / information security or equivalent
