Job Summary
Director-level leader to drive GCC-led transformation across asset and wealth management value chains, focusing on operating model redesign, scalability, and digital enablement. Responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide AWM transformation programs, driving front-to-back transformation across fund, portfolio, and client operations, designing GCC strategies, TOMs, and governance structures, enabling efficiency and innovation via GCCs, building CXO-level client relationships, leading deals, proposals, and transformation initiatives, and developing AWM GCC transformation playbooks while mentoring high-performance teams.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
- GCC transformation and operating model design
- Stakeholder management and commercial expertise
