Job Summary
Ford Blue Advantage Consultant promotes the Ford Blue Advantage brand with enthusiasm to dealerships, develops relationships with dealership leadership, delivers ongoing training to management and staff across sales, service, and administrative teams, identifies workflow gaps and implements best practices to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, sales, and profitability, and leverages program analytics to guide performance while completing administrative tasks and travel coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in automotive operations.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to deliver engaging sessions in person and virtually.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within a dealership and respond to questions professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including creating polished presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust schedules based on client needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time.
