Job Summary
Conduct In-Home services for seniors, ensure home safety per FDNY standards, and input case notes into the STARS system daily. Assist older adults with Zoom links for virtual activities, coordinate recreational and educational programs through the Activities Specialist, and maintain accurate resource files and benefit displays. Report unsafe conditions immediately, refer seniors to social services, and resolve problems timely while meeting monthly unit targets and activity calendar deadlines. Supervise all volunteers and consultants in the In-Home services department. Maintain up-to-date enrollment reports, monetary contributions, and support linkage groups. Work M-F 9AM-5PM with schedule subject to change based on program need.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid, CPR, AED training
- valid Driver's License with a clean Abstract
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- experience working with the Older Adult population
