Job Summary
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clients' homes under supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized therapy plans, tracking progress, and communicating with families. Roles include flexible scheduling and a mix of in-home sessions in Arizona (Phoenix/Glendale/Mesa/Chandler areas). Roles may be part-time or full-time, with paid training and ongoing supervision. Requires travel to clients' homes within the service area; high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required. ABA experience is a plus; RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification is expected.
