Job Summary
Hear hiring needs from the CS Division, create job descriptions, and manage KPIs, agents, and media channels. Conduct interviews, handle offer interviews, and manage candidate follow-up for both business and engineering positions. Support recruiting projects at overseas universities and drive business forward through collaboration. This mid-career recruiter role supports Rakuten's expanding mobile business, with potential future assignment to a general human resources management role. Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting (including experience working for a recruiting agency)
- Recruitment experience using agents/media
- Experience in direct recruiting such as Bizreach/LinkedIn
- KPI management
- Able to work with others to drive the business forward
- Flexibility to work with others
- English (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in all aspects of human resource management
- Experience in using Workday system
- Experience in designing systems related to recruitment, such as the establishment of referral systems
- Experience studying abroad or using English for business purposes
