Job Summary
Conduct in-cab driver training for new students, sharing truck space for up to five weeks at a time while maintaining acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance. Share the vehicle to teach the right way, requiring strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate drivers. Complete a two-day ICI certification class and attend quarterly meetings alongside continuous training via online and in-person sources. This full-time role offers a $90K salary, $7,500 sign-on bonus, and full benefits including health, 401K, and covered hotel accommodations. Bison USA seeks experienced drivers with three or more years of verifiable, accident-free Class A experience in interstate commerce.
Required Qualifications
