Job Summary
Define and articulate a compelling digital transformation strategy for the assigned organization, aligning with DC global IT vision and business unit objectives. Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA as the core ERP backbone, driving adoption of best practices and embedded analytics. Manage a complex portfolio of digital transformation projects, ensuring disciplined execution, budget adherence, and risk mitigation while overseeing architectural design and governance. Act as a change agent to inspire organizational cultural shifts and foster strong collaboration between business and IT teams. Mentor a diverse team of professionals, champion knowledge sharing across global communities, and represent Bosch at industry forums. Ensure all initiatives adhere to cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements while establishing key performance indicators to measure success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology
- 8-10 years in senior leadership roles driving significant IT and business transformation initiatives within a large, global enterprise
- Proven track record of successfully leading major digital transformation programs
- Extensive and hands-on experience with SAP ERP
- Mandatory focus on SAP S/4 HANA implementations, migrations, or major upgrade projects
- Strong understanding of related SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, Analytics Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and their integration capabilities
- Experience in leveraging emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Cloud platforms, Automation) to drive digital innovation and improve business processes
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex IT budgets
- Experience working in a multinational, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment
- Experience ideally within manufacturing industry
- Visionary leader with the ability to define and communicate a compelling digital future
- Exceptional change management and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex business challenges into effective digital and SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Relentless focus on delivering measurable business value and achieving strategic objectives

- Strong program management skills
- Experience in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
