Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives, spearheading employer branding, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Manage collective bargaining, long-term wage settlements, contract labor, and disciplinary actions while ensuring legal compliance and liaising with government authorities. Oversee performance management, compensation benchmarking, salary revisions, and reward programs to control personnel costs. Lead change management, competency development, and diversity initiatives, while handling sensitive employee matters including low performance and rightsizing. Drive high employee engagement through effective internal communications and foster a high-performance culture at the Sanand facility serving 1000+ employees.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 20+ years of post-qualification experience
- at least 5 years in Plant HR function
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Hindi
- Knowledge of Labour Laws
- Broad Experience of various HR sub-functions
- ability to develop & refine HR Processes & Policies
- proven skill of handling sensitive employee matters
- ability to benchmark Industry and Regional Best Practices
- Ability to leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Qualification in Law
- Knowledge of Gujarati language
