Job Summary
Conduct 12 months of on-the-job and classroom trainings in Hydraulics and Industrial Automation while developing strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills. Gain cross-functional and cross-locational experience through guidance from senior executives and build a broad network within Bosch organizations. Cultivate an entrepreneurial, result-oriented mindset with leadership potential and initiative to drive high-tech engineering careers. Demonstrate mobility across India, strong communication skills, and customer orientation to support advanced technologies in drive and control solutions.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech - Under-Graduation Discipline: Mechanical / Mechatronics / any stream relevant to mechanical with Good & consistent academic background (>7.0 CGPA in UG for IIT & NIT / >8.0 CGPA in UG & PG for other colleges, >80% in 10th & 12th.)
- Mobility across India
