Job Summary
Conduct supplier audits for new vendor releases and continuous process improvement across machining and casting operations. Drive supplier development for serial production and prepare material field-specific requirements to support running projects. Lead systematic problem-solving and shopfloor claim handling while implementing Q-focus programs. Support cost reduction initiatives and new design concepts for MPP projects. Requires a B.E. Mechanical degree with over seven years of industry experience, including two years in quality management, and familiarity with ISO9001, IATF 16949, and VDA6.3. Proficiency in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA is essential.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical
- More than 7 year in industry field
- >2year quality management
- Supplier qualification for Machining and Casting machining
- Supplier audit for new vendor release and/or continuous process improvement
- Supplier development for supplier in serial production
- Preparation of material field specific requirements
- Systematical problem solving and shopfloor claim handling support
- Q-focus program implementation
- Support on cost reduction and new design concept for MPP project
- Willingness to frequent travel
Desired Qualifications
- Rich Experience in Machining and Casting machining
- Familiar with ISO9001/IATF 16949/VDA6.3
- Knowledge on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D
- Proficiency in English Communication
- Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship
- VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification
- Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player)
- Ability to work under pressure
