Job Summary
Drive productivity, reduce rework, and rejection using Lean Tools while ensuring adherence to workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls. Conduct Time and Motion Studies and cycle-time analysis to improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics. Implement PFMEA, Control Plans, and risk mitigation actions to ensure first-time-right execution based on approved drawings and BOMs. Prepare daily and weekly production plans aligned with project timelines and routing schedules. Coordinate BPS activities and drive RPP projects to maintain ISO compliance and lead QHSE audits.
Required Qualifications
- B.E Mechanical/Mechatronics
- 3 - 6 years of experience
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls
- Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis
- Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions
- Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM
- Ensure compliance to ISO
- Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits
- Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time
- Involvement in BPS activities and coordinating and driving RPP projects
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function, Hydraulic Circuit and GA Drawing
- Expertise in Hydraulic Testing and Customer Inspection
- Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, 5S, Kaizen
- Analytical, data-driven, and decision-making ability
