Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis while implementing PFMEA, Control Plan, and Risk Mitigation Actions to drive productivity and reduce rework. Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls, including ISO compliance and all QHSE activities. Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines, allocate manpower and resources to meet targets, and coordinate BPS activities and RPP projects. Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics to ensure first-time-right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
