Establish and manage heat treatment shops and casting foundries, overseeing problem-solving processes with suppliers, process acceptance, and routine audits. Support selected suppliers within the Q-Focus program for casting foundries and heat treatment plants while driving consistent reductions in failure rates for material field casting. Coordinate production process and measurement technology implementations with suppliers, conducting feasibility studies for castings and supporting project establishment. Analyze causes of defective quality to initiate remedial measures and lead qualification workshops for existing and new suppliers. Monitor Q key figures, participate in supplier assessments, and drive process optimization through lessons learned and workshops.
