Job Summary
Lead product quality for hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, power units, and cylinders by managing customer complaints, initiating systematic closures, and coordinating internal/external process quality topics with the CFT team. Conduct process audits per VDA standards, system audits per ISO 9001, and spot audits while moderating manufacturing work quality to drive corrective actions. Represent the Ahmedabad plant in meetings with the Germany team, engage customers virtually and in person, and submit PPAP/ISIR submissions with necessary quality reporting. Moderate quality methods such as FMEA, CP, 8D, and support QG/APQP during external audits. Requires a B.E. Mechanical degree with 8-10 years of experience in automotive quality systems and hydraulic pump manufacturing.

- B.E Mechanical
- 8 to 10 yrs
- Type of Industry Preferred: Hydraulic pump manufacturing company, Material handling equipment manufacturers OEM
- Automotive quality system requirements – PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC
- Problem solving tools & technique – knowledge & implementation experience
- Customer audit handling experience
- Communication with customer(s) on Customer complaints/Feedback
- Certified auditor for QMS
Desired Qualifications
- Axial piston pump function, Hydraulic Power Unit, Cylinders, valves/operation know-how will be added advantage
