Job Summary
Manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements. Lead transportation management, warehouse control, and SAP/WMS system administration while driving cost optimization and continuous improvement. Oversee customer service, complaint resolution, and vendor negotiations to maintain high dispatch adherence and minimize transit damage rates. Report on key performance indicators including freight costs, warehouse productivity, and audit compliance scores. Requires 12-15 years of experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing with expertise in SAP and supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Commerce
- 12-15 Years
- Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- Expertise in SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems
- Inventory Management and Transportation Planning
- Customer Relationship Management
- Root Cause Analysis & CAPA
- Team Management and Leadership
- Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Negotiation and Vendor Management
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management
