Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts by collaborating with business units to translate strategic goals into financial plans. Monitor cost-centers and profit-centers while conducting detailed variance analysis for revenue and operating expenses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. Validate capital expenditure proposals, develop financial models to evaluate investment returns, and assess technical and economic feasibility of proposed investments. Oversee monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, while strengthening internal control frameworks and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. Partner with sales, operations, and manufacturing functions to provide financial insights, support cost optimization initiatives, and advise functional heads on managing cost structures and resource utilization. Drive process improvements in controlling systems and assist in ERP implementation to enhance reporting accuracy and data governance.
