Job Summary
Engage in Merger and Acquisition Tax engagements, handling end-to-end tasks for domestic and cross-border transactions. Responsibilities include assisting seniors in client deliverables, conducting research and analyses, executing deliverables with quality and timeliness, performing due diligence on targets, managing client relationships, coordinating with senior leadership, preparing pitch decks, developing tax-efficient restructurings, and supervising Analysts/Senior Analysts. Requires Chartered Accountant certification, 3-5 years of Direct Tax experience, and strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Stamp Duty, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, with proficiency in MS Office and clear communication. Office location is Mumbai (Goregaon).

- Proficient in MS Office and report writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to supervise Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Experience with client relationship management and project coordination
- Experience in due diligence and M&A advisory
- Ability to prepare financial forecasts and valuation analyses
- Knowledge of corporate tax structuring and tax planning
