Job Summary
As an Associate in M&A Tax at PwC, you will conduct market research to identify M&A targets, assist in preparation for client pitch presentations, perform due diligence, and advise clients on tax-efficient restructurings, ensuring quality execution of client deliverables and maintaining client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of relevant experience or Commerce or relevant field graduate with at least five years of relevant experience
- Article ship in Big 4 or prior experience in M&A tax will be an added advantage
- Requisite knowledge of M&A laws
