Job Summary
Learning & Development practitioner at PwC to design and deliver training programmes aligned with The PwC Professional model. You will assess technical and professional development needs, design and deliver interventions (classroom and virtual/blended), partner with facilitators, and manage learning project schedules and LMS catalogs. You will help with communication/marketing activities for L&D, evolve L&D contents, assess effectiveness through analytics, and develop communities of learning to accelerate and sustain the learning process. The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a Master’s degree, and proficiency in data handling tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel) and LMS familiarity; instructional design and group facilitation experience are desirable. Traveling requirements not specified; visa sponsorship and relocation not indicated as part of the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Master Degree or equivalent (Degrees/Field of Study required: Master Degree)
- Years of experience: 1-3 years
- Mandatory skills: Proficiency in Data Handling (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with LMS
- Experience in instructional design, HR development and/or group facilitation (desirable)
- Experience with virtual/online formats
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to design and deliver learning interventions (classroom and virtual/blended formats)
- Knowledge of survey tools and online learning/virtual classroom technology (WebEx, MS Teams)
