Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects within PwC's Advisory, Risk Consulting – Managed Services, steering 15–20-member teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Act as a trusted client advisor, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and communicating outcomes through regular reports. Manage and mentor a sizable team to drive efficiency, governance, and career progression. Oversee resource allocation, screening of new candidates, and project billing/receivables. Apply risk assessment frameworks to stabilize and standardize delivery, while leveraging SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and AI-based technologies to optimize workflows. Support business development and RFP/RFQ processes with strong commercial acumen. Requires robust project management capabilities, governance experience, and exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with 8–12 years of experience in project delivery and risk consulting and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management skills (planning, resource allocation, financial tracking)
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Familiarity with AI-based technologies and ability to integrate them into business processes
- Deep understanding of business processes and risk assessment frameworks
- Experience implementing SOPs and governance models for project delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Consultative approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 8-12 years of experience in project delivery and risk consulting; at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Education: CA or MBA/Masters in Business, Finance, Risk Management or related field
- Preferred professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, LSS)
