Job Summary
Lead and manage programs, schemes, or projects within the agriculture sector, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of assigned initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals while monitoring performance, managing risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Report progress and results to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, driving innovation and best practices in project management processes. This onsite role requires 10-12 years of experience in program/scheme/project management within the agriculture domain. Candidates should possess a strong background in large-scale agricultural initiatives and relevant degrees such as a Bachelor of Technology or MBA.
Required Qualifications
