Job Summary
Lead IMU station DRI engineering by managing end-to-end technical control and issue closure for inertial measurement unit sites. Design, debug, and optimize transducer systems including force, pressure, acoustic, and acceleration sensors. Implement algorithms and system tuning using DSP, control theory, and robotics principles with MATLAB, Python, and JMP. Rapidly root-cause electrical hardware failures and deliver software-level fixes while leading multi-threaded programming and hardware interface development. Provide full-time on-site support during trial production and testing phases to ensure real-time problem resolution and closed-loop delivery. Maintain fluent English communication for cross-timezone collaboration with US teams.

- 具备跨时区高效协作能力
- 5 年以上相关工程经验
- 熟悉多线程编程
- 熟悉硬件设备接口交互
- 在试产及测试关键阶段必须全勤深入工厂现场 (Inside the factory) 进行工程支持
