Implement, monitor, and improve management systems adopted in the Plant while coordinating with corporate teams to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare for and attend internal and external audits, performing root cause analysis on deviations to identify corrective actions and verify their effectiveness. Establish monitoring and drill plans, verify emergency plan operationalization, and investigate working accidents and emergency situations. Coordinate risk assessments, assist food safety and energy teams, and prepare data for authorities according to legislation. Maintain continuous improvement culture and support all departments in achieving best performance across quality, food safety, environment, and energy systems.
