Job Summary
Improv Instructor to design and implement an age-appropriate improv curriculum and lead in-person, part-time classes in San Jose. Responsibilities include teaching improv fundamentals, game mechanics, and teamwork; developing lesson plans; fostering a safe, respectful learning environment; assessing and providing feedback on student progress; collaborating with other instructors and coordinators; tracking attendance and results; and communicating with parents and staff. Requires strong instructional, verbal/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and content-knowledge skills across improvisation, scene work, character development, and improv games.
