Job Summary
Review impound notices from clients and coordinate repossession activities with agents and lenders. Manage the full recovery process by assessing charges against state and local laws, maintaining customer service, and communicating throughout each account's lifecycle. Proactively monitor accounts, address issues, and document all activity in the system of record while utilizing internal and external business applications. Perform 100% of duties via computer without field work or travel, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. This hybrid role supports a full-service recovery operation connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate compliant asset recoveries.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of Impound related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Must have professional phone skills and demeanor
- Punctual with good attendance

- High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications
- Strong communication and phone skills to give clear and concise direction
