Job Summary
Imports Associate - Process Automation: Drive scalable import-operations automation for the EMEA region by designing and implementing AI-driven and Power Platform–based solutions. Key duties include building scalable workflows with Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Apps; analyzing and automating post-entry import processes; implementing AI-driven document processing (OCR / AI Builder) to classify and extract data; establishing a central Post-Entry Control Framework for task ownership and audit trails; and building Power BI dashboards to monitor data quality, anomalies, and compliance. Collaborate with global teams to align datasets, ensure governance, reduce manual workload, improve data accuracy, and enhance audit readiness. Remote-enabled role with exposure to cross-country operations, focusing on automation and practical process improvements for faster, more reliable import operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience automating operational or business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail (critical in compliance environments)
- Ability to work closely with business teams to translate needs into solutions
- Strong collaboration across operations, IT, and compliance teams
