Job Summary
Import Specialist to process client shipments by creating customs entries, interpreting documentation, and ensuring accurate value for duty and tariff treatment. Responsibilities include data entry for release, rating and billing, ensuring compliance with SOPs, coordinating with clients, carriers and customs, and maintaining documentation and knowledge of applicable customs regulations. Requires familiarity with customs laws, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 9am–6pm MST with a two-day-per-week office presence.
