Import Sea Freight Executive

Job Summary
Coordinate and track import sea freight operations (LCL/FCL) per INCOTERMS, commercial instructions, and service agreements. Manage end-to-end logistics including cargo release, customs clearance, and ground transport. Liaise with shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal networks to ensure operational continuity. Register shipment data in the operational system to maintain data integrity. Invoice operations on schedule, verify profitability, and report variances. Oversee administrative processes to meet established KPIs and metrics. This role supports Röhlig Mexico's strategic expansion within the global logistics network.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín
- Experiencia mínima de 4 años en logística de transporte (Freight Forwarder, naviera y/o transportista)
- Conocimiento de INCOTERMS
- Conocimiento en manejo de cargas peligrosas
- Inglés intermedio
- Microsoft Office intermedio
- conocimiento general de Softcargo y CargoWise
