Job Summary
Supervise a crew performing multiple functions across the warehouse, including loading outbound shipments and verifying all receiving activities. Monitor daily work processes and environmental conditions to ensure employee safety and enforce compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Communicate with management and customers via email or phone to maintain clear, professional order selection and shipping/receiving functions. Requires 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to work 8 to 12 hours standing on concrete.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years' experience working in shipping and receiving departments
- Ability to work well with others
- Familiar with warehouse management systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be able to work 8 hours to 12 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
